I recently learnt about some spiritual disciplines from Sharon Garlough Brown, and I have been practising them, and it’s helped a lot. This prayer outline is inspired by some of the practices that Sharon leads.

On my Instagram page @growwith_eva, I have been going through a series called ‘Lost but Found’ and speaking about how to find your way back when you seem lost. The series is a call, a potent reminder that there is a way back home, a way to get unstuck, a way back to the father, to a father waiting with open arms.
